Is SCOPE Summit Europe virtual or in-person?
SCOPE Summit Europe 2026 is a fully in-person conference at the InterContinental Barcelona (Fira Center), featuring face-to-face networking, live keynotes, expert panels, and interactive sessions. There is no virtual attendance option.

SCOPE Europe is a two-day main conference (13-14 October) built around seven parallel tracks, preceded by pre-conference workshops, user group meetings, and the new Capital & Innovation program on Monday 12 October. The 2026 program is organized into seven conference tracks: Analytics-Driven Feasibility and Site Selection; Patient Engagement and Recruitment; Risk-Based Quality Management; Clinical Data Strategy and AI Innovation; Trial Design and Protocol Development; AI Governance and Operational Readiness; and Site Partnering, Engagement & Operations. Content is delivered through keynotes, presentations, interactive panels, and expert-led sessions on clinical operations best practices.

What is the conference schedule?
Sessions run across seven parallel tracks over both conference days, covering feasibility, patient recruitment, quality management, data and AI, trial design, and site operations, with two plenary keynote sessions and around 150 presentations in total. How do I register for SCOPE Summit Europe 2026?
Register online via the official registration page. Choose a standard or Premium package, apply a discount code if you qualify, and contact the events team for group bookings of three or more.

What discounts are available?
SCOPE Europe offers individual and group registration. Employees of a Top 50 pharmaceutical company (as cited by Pharmaceutical Executive) can use keycode PH25. Alumni discount is available as well.

Do you offer group rates?

Travel & hotel

Where should I stay, and is there a discounted hotel rate?
The conference and hotel are both at the InterContinental Barcelona (Fira Center), so no travel between the two is needed. A discounted room block is available at €339 Classic / €379 Premium (Wi-Fi included). The cut-off is 12 September 2026, and rooms are limited, so book early. Book only through the official travel page (SCOPE uses no third-party hotel booking services), and note the reservation link may default to the wrong dates, so adjust them to your stay.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in Barcelona's Montjuïc district, a five-minute walk from Plaça d'Espanya and well connected by the city's metro, tram, train, and bus network. Full directions are on the travel page.
